Losing VERY Short Hairs

HI Girls

I know that I am usually positive, but I have been on treatments for almost a year now, and I am not seeing the overall quality of my hair getting better. It is still very thin, sparse on top, and straggily looking.

I am also STILL losing 1/2 to 1 inch long hairs. Does ANYONE know if these can regrow in to NORMAL hairs???

They grow only an inch and fall out. I know that these hairs will eventually disappear, because the follicle has miniturized. Does ANYONE know if there is hope for this type of hair loss. I really do have true Androgenetic Alopecia and I hate it!!

Hi Jenn,

I wish I knew. All I know is I started the year with a lot more hair than I'm finishing with. I just picked up my hairpiece yesterday. I lose the one-inch hairs, two-inch hairs; you name it, I lose it. I think you should stay on those treatments regardless of whether you see noticeable improvement, you never know what they might be doing to help!

Keep the faith girl. If anyone can regrow hair through the power of positive thinking, it's you!
