Hello,

I am 25
I dont know to which norwood to classify myself...
I initially came here to have something applied to my temples...

I am using 5000mcg of biotion, 30mg zinc, one application of spironolactone to the temples.., and 3 times a day of MSN 1000.

My real hair color is light brown..and for the past 2 weeks when a hair falls out...half of it is light brown the other half is really dark....could be MSM???

I also went to the dermatologist who told me I have thinning on the crown I would like to get your opinions please...and I do not want to go on any drugs...to take by mouth! just wanna keep it topical..

btw I noticed small hair become mature on the hair line...could that be happening just because of spironolactone once a day on hair line?

How do I find which norwood I am?

btw the last pic is my pic from like 3-4 years old..to compare to what I have now ... huge forhead lol

Thanks

the lighting in that pics is really unnatural and orange and makes it very hard to see whats going on. but i see almost no crown thinning. maybe some receding hairline but i'm not even sure about that.

sorry if that wasn't the answer you were looking for but your hair looks like it's pretty good shape to me. if i were you i'd be happy with maintenance and i would re-consider getting on a drug like propecia.

everyone hides their face to stay anonymous, but you should leave the length of the nose and paint over the rest so we can see the ratio of the distance from the bottome of the nose to the eyebrow to the distance from the eyebrow to the hairline. That hairline could be way up on the forehead and i would never know.

Your hair looks damned good, man - I haven't had hair like that since I was 20.

I went off meat for a couple of years - at first I noticed a general improvement in my health and appearance and my hair was good. But I was never very keen on vegetables and after a while I think my body began missing some things. I wasn't taking any supplements either and I think it was damaging in the long run.

As long as you're going off meat, make sure you get those or similar proteins etc from another source.
