  • Low DHT (borderline low territory)
  • Very low Vitamin D (deficiency)
  • High Estradiol (just in range estrogen)
  • Very high Reverse triiodothyronine (rT3)

I am going to see a doctor for the rT3 (maybe I have hypothyroidism) however apart from introducing diet/exercise changes, anything I can do prior to jumping on finasteride? Thinking of a liposomal topical solution.

How have you managed to find yourself with low Vitamin ? There are cases of thinning hair from Vit D deficiency - even on a couple on this forum from what i remember. What is your balding like ?

This is actually the same as me. But I’ve decided it was an immune related hair loss. It’s diffuse hair loss too. Another alternative is that it’s scalp dht that’s the problem, not serum

I really don't know. Lack of eggs and sunlight probably.

I am a diffused thinner but my hairline has also receded. I think I indeed have androgenic alopecia but it has been exacerbated by high rT3.
