I have an iRestore Professional helmet I would like to use but am scared because I have no way to determine if the helmet is calibrated correctly. I bought the helmet directly from the iRestore company but these devices are made in China, so I question their quality. I've read online of some units not even starting upon receipt which were never used. It shuts off automatically if not being worn. Using online support, iRestore told me they test their units before shipment but that is because I asked them, whether or not they in fact do this is impossible to know. Is there a way I could measure or find out if the calibration of approximately 650 nanometers is given off when using my unit? In less common circumstances some people actually fared worse in terms of their hair loss condition after using the unit, this is why I wonder if the helmets are properly calibrated because if the lasers are too strong can actually have the opposite effect of causing permanent hair loss. If anyone has used an iRestore Professional too I'd like to know how your experience using the helmet was?
