Low vitamin levels and hair loss.Read thread please

My Vitamin D (25-0H) levels came <4.20 ng/ml (<20 implies deficiency)and B12 came 184 pg/ml (Should be between 211-911). I have a lot of dandruff. The derm has prescribed me with 60k IU vitamin d tablet once a week and multivitamins for a month. Vitamin deficiency implies Telogen Effluvium no? or is it male pattern baldness?

The derm has given me ketoconazole tablets 200 mg for a month.2 Shampoos alternate day use.Clobestol Propionate and Salicylic acid lotion for morning and Coal Tar and Salicylic acid lotion for the night.I am very anxious whether i have MPH or not? If the derm presciebes dutasteride and minoxidil next month should i go for it? Or should i stick to curbing my vitamin deficiencies and wait for its results to show? Very very confused.
