Well I have been on the big three (minoxidil2%, nizoral, Fincar) for 1.5 years.
Someone actually asked my if I got hair implants b/c they thought I was losing my hair. I do have longer hair but I hide my thin spot well. You cant even tell I have one but thats b/c I have not gone through a shed in a while..I do take hair vitamins also and I wash my hair every other day and use Nizoral whenever I do..I learned alot of valuable stuff on this sight and for now I am content with my hair or at least until the next shed.
I realized that there are ups and downs with trying to regrow or maintaining your hair. I am a teacher and my students will be the first to tell me that I am going bald but I haven't heard it once this school year..
For now this is a success story but I think stopping hairloss is a win and growing a little more is just gravy..So stay with it and dont give up...
