I would like a big fat refutation of this article before anyone else tries to push down finasteride, dutasteride or even HRT down young guys throats.

This sh*t seems to check out, it gives more explanations than the standard theory

Someone explain why this is false

If you are interested there is a thread around here to discuss this theory: https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...ern-baldness-discovered-and-explained.136770/

I look into this theory 2 years ago and I think it lacks something. The definition of good galea and good craniofacial seems too strict. I see many people with poor craniofacial (due to this theory's definition) and they have good hair. But people will say it is because they have good galea - which is difficult to check with their hair. In Asia there are many people with that kind of "poor" craniofacial and we are considered baldness immune not long ago.

Edit: And no, bro. A system can't solve all the baldness problems. It solved some, and create others.

This bullshit nonsense bludflow theory has been dismantled by Kevin mann several times

but if there was an ounce of truth to it then hair transplant wouldn’t work at all yet we know hairs grow fine on “galea” or whatever bullshit affected areas with no bludflow that have gone bald

It’s like saying “there’s loss of sensation in paralysed hands/feet so we conclude loss of sensation leads to paralysis”. No you idiot, paralysis causes loss of sensation and paralysis is caused by something else.

Same way, death of hair follicles cause reduced sebum and bludflow not the other way around and DHT causes death of hair follicles.

If the theory were correct, then women would go bald in the same pattern as men, but that doesn't happen. Women may have natural frontal bald patches, but she will still be bald according to the female norwood. The topic does not answer why eyebrows fall out, this is just my case and this is 100% the influence of dgt.

This theory is similar to the flat earth theory.

1. "why does Androgenetic alopecia have a genetic component to it then?" Because your genetics influence your craniofacial development.
2. medications that release tension do give results. Like botox injections for example. These aren't permanent however and the galea will eventually become tenser again
3. the claim about donor hair site is interesting. First of all hair transplants aren't permanent and it's recommended to keep taking finasteride, but etc. So that argument is not good. He also just showed ONE study and used that as proof lol.
4. the fact that bad products that aimed to decrease tension but didn't exist isn't a refutation of the importance of the galea aponeurotica
5. the study isn't the best, I' give him that. But neither is his 70 year old one

Frontal fibrosing alopecia causes scarring of the scalp along with balding and eyebrow loss.

Dude your eyebrows are not the standard norm. And not a symptom of Androgenetic Alopecia, get that sh*t checked.

Anyway, 50% of women experience Androgenetic Alopecia, but not as severe as men. This is due to them having lower dht, yes dot is still important, but it isn't everything. It's common for females to recede at the temples and the forehead.

I did, it's a great thread.

yes i'ts hard to tell if someone has a smooth galea if they have hair. But it's known that many asians have very small and smooth galeas, which would mean that they suffer less hair loss. So I don't see that as a problem.

System literally gives you the hair you want if you maintain it correctly so I believe it's the solution

also refute this

The incidence of Male Pattern Baldness increases with age. However, serum testosterone production declines with aging, together with lower serum DHT.

Your answer?

Baldness have significantly spread in the modern era and isolated tribes are less likely to suffer of hair loss.

Your answer?

Basically read the article I sent and debunk it. That is what convinced me.

1. Kids and teens would be nw7 bald if this compressed skull theory was true lol.
2. Huh? Botox causes alopecia too

3. Hair transplants are permanent. Finasteride is needed for some patients who have dupa or nw7 with small safe zone. Beard and chest hair grow fine forever on galea affected zones

4. Muscle relaxants exist, they would care alopecia but they don’t, do they?

Hair follicles become more sensitive to DHT as we age.

Your answer?

I'm not even sure that this is true. But if it is, it's not a problem for the standard theory. Lots of factors differ between the populations that could affect hair loss, e.g. genetics, nutrition, pollution, stress, etc.

Ageing makes drop dead gorgeous supermodels look fugly. What makes you think your hair follicles under constant attack by DHT will withstand ? All the years of oxidative stress and natural ageing process combined with DHT sensitivity eventually makes them die a painful death. Stem cells also stop and die , read it up.

DHT levels reduce but not disappear. Not significant.

Not sure about tribes, different areas have different genetics

There is definitely an alarm rising in baldness cases in Asia. But that theory can't answer that. Just search for "midde age asian man" and you can find many pics that can't explain by that theory. Example like below, all "poor" craniofacial . If I show those pics, people will say because their galea is good, which I can't check and don't understand either. But I assure you can find people like in those pics everywhere in Asia.

You can fit anything into this theory by saying that it's all about galea or craniofacial development. I can put forward a theory that we have stopped walking barefoot on the ground. If you pay attention to how the buds and leaves grow on a birch, then first of all, they ripen closer to the trunk and root, and the upper ones to the very last. Thus, people who live in concrete boxes and walk in shoes do not receive nutrients from the earth lol.

Judging by the theory, baldness should not occur according to the norwood scheme, but according to the scheme of your galea, if there are any protruding bumps, the hair will fall out there firs. Excess fat, puffy face, bumps, gumboils, hats, headphones, anything that pulls on your skin should lead to male pattern baldness, but that's not how it works.

I'm not the only one who gets eyebrows falling out with Androgenetic Alopecia, if the cause of the eyebrows was different, finasteride would not work. Even if I figure out that my eyebrows are not AHA and I have a different type of hair loss, it does not change the fact that the theory has too many holes.

Grabbing at straws.. male pattern baldness is simply an imbalance of hormones
