I want to make my own topical finasteride vehicle using alcohol (30% v/v), propylene glycol (50% v/v), purified water. is it as simple as mixing these 3 ingredients together in those ratios?

Yes but dissolve the finasteride into the ethanol first. Add the pg last.

Hey I would try using pure powder as the tablets contain fillers, why not buy from a company who sells topical mixture?
