First post everyone although I've been reading peoples stories before registering. I seem to have lost a lot of hair the past 3 months and it all started with one spot lower than my crown that appeared a few months ago. I understand that if it's going at the crown its male pattern but I started with a patch below first. Scalp is itchy now aswell. I'll upload pictures. I'd appreciate all of your opinions, thanks guys

Aggressive male pattern baldness. You will be Norwood 7 with a poor donor area without treatment. Get on finasteride.

If I go bald I go bald, my concern is it started with a patch lower on the crown that you can see in the picture. Is that normal, I don't think I have seen anyone go bald like that. Then again how would I know u haven't been studying balding peoples hair step be step? Thanks for the help

Try vitamin D. One of the most important vitamins that almost every other man has to little off.

I'll give the vitamin d a try. U was wondering could it be thyroid or something I haven't been 100% the past while. Feels stupid going to the doctor because I'm sure he will say your just going bald which I am. Seems odd the pace of it and the fact it started with that small patch below the crown first.

If you take supplements that are considered good for your hair, like vitamin B or zinc, it will of course improve the quality of your hair and make it grow somewhat faster. As for vitamin D, the little I know/have read is that this particular vitamin is very, very important for anti-aging and also helps create new hair. No, I'm not saying that if you take vitamin D that it'll make your hair grow out and so on, but according to various youtubers (doctors) and websites, vitamin D is very important.

Maybe a combinations of vitamins and minoxidil would be good.
I've also read many warnings - Do not take to much of vitamin D without vitamin K cause it could f*** you up in some way (don't remember the exact reason). So if you are going to take a lot of vitamins, you need to balance it with vitamin K.

But of course you should first consider the proven treatments as minoxidil, for regrowing.
