Is it possible to fight manboobs, while taking Propecia? Will exercising help? Do you have manboobs?
I'm just used to my fit body and don't want to lose it.

anti estrogens could help, as high estrogens while on finasteride are the reason for them. Much exercise as well as low body fat should be useful as well, but there are many athlets who developed gyno as well. But i would not suggest lowering your estrogens with anti-estrogens for a longer period =/

I guess if you can't tolerate a high estrogen lvl, you won't be able to reverse/stop them with workout only.

But i would not be scared to much about them, not many get them (i got it slightly but stopped immediately afterwards)

Have you got any alternative chest exercise to do at home apart from push ups? I try to do regular push ups but I find it boring.

I know a bench press is probably the best exercise for chest muscles, but I don't have time to go to the gym at the moment.

Any suggestions?

Man go on youtube and look up gyno and stuff. A huge portion of those guys are built fit guys.

Exercise can help yes. But you can have like no body fat at all, and still develop full gyno.

Even the surgery to get rid of it, doesn't fully eliminate the look of it.

IF you're susceptible to gyno (I.E you had it in puberty) then finasteride should be used CAREFULLY.
