I'm having a simple but serious issue with hair care. I have a tendency to get dandruff this has never been an issue as I have always used anti dandruff shampoos however over the last few months when I use an anti dandruff my scalp becomes inflamed itchy and I lose around 50 hairs in the shower (and that's just what I've been able to see) I haven't been able to see visible changes but I can feel the hair is thinner and less healthy
There is a solution to this when I use a shampoo that doesn't focus on the scalp or dandruff my hair is completely fine I notice around 5-6 hairs fall out in the shower and and maybe 15 during the rest of the day if I'm unlucky. The issue with this is that within a week my scalp is completely coated in dandruff (disgusting I know lol)
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue a special shampoo or something like that if anyone has any recommendations I would really appreciate it.
