They're good but are they the best? Who knows. I add biotin, gingko and MSM and feel good overall.

I reccomend them but with no regards to hairloss. I have been using them for 2 years now, but I have also been balding for 1 year. So, with that said, Mega Man gives me energy, and improves my focus at work. Makes me "feel" healthy as well.

The 100mg of Saw P in your daily dose can't hurt either.
