There are a few papers on Cerium's biomedical effects but I'm too retarded to understand anything other than "it does some good things in mice" so I'll just wait for the pegasus2 verdict.

Regardless, you can get Cerium powder and Cerium nanoparticles (don't know if they're different to the normal powder listings) on alibaba, mix it with some peg400 and apply it after a needling session. Maybe the worst that can happen is cancer but it is what it is.
