Has anyone added Milk Thistle to their regimen and demonstrated less shedding, some regrowth?

I take it every once in awhile(for a period of time)..for liver health. Can't say what if anything it's done for hair health..always using topicals and taking other supplements.

Yeah I read this and thought I wonder if others taking it unexpectedly saw a difference. But then many may not take it regularly or at the needed dose.
