Min With Azelaic Acid + Retin A Worth Buying?

Was thinking maybe to get some more effective minoxidil product as I feel the kirkland 5% foam I'm using is plateauing a bit (been using it for over 2 years).

What do you guys think about something like this?

I would say adding needling and rolling would be a better option, rolling very lightly like somebody to increase absorption, and needling with 1.5mm to 2.5mm a week to wound. I wouldn't waste my time with retin-a etc, rolling increases the absorption plenty.
