You should at least do it every day with the foam its not that hard, try the regular stuff now THAT requires patience.

you'll see some benefit but of course not as much as at the optimal dosage. This would be helpful if your goal is maintenance rather then regrowth.

You should get good results using once daily, but not as good as twice.
