Minoxidil 5% Is A Nightmare.red Scalp And Itchiness

Hi everyone.
I'll make it short.
minoxidil liquid-made my scalp red and burn like hell.It was so bad I had to stop using it.
6 months later-started using kirkland's minoxidil FOAM.Same,itchiness red scalp and burning sensation.

Tried Nizoral 2%,emu oil,tea tree oil.Nothing helped with those side effects.
Does anyone know a good minoxidil for seneitive people he can recommand?Please guys Im desperate,I started to use a DHT inhibitor and I really want to use a growth stimulant also.

Your skin probably doesn't like minoxidil that much. Most people don't get as much scalp irritation when using foam. Maybe you could try the 2% variant for a few months and when your scalp is used to that you switch to 5%.

Personally I use 5% once a day, it's almost as effective as twice a day.

It can be from Alcohol, there was a version (alcohol poor).

Check it first if it's really from that.

I guess it's not from the alcohol because I used alpecin liquid which has alcohol and it didnt bother me.
I will try the 2%.thank you
