Minoxidil Allergy Or Skin Irritation?

I remember when i used to take minoxidil i used to get a huge itch on my lower back and it used to quite annoying (perhaps it gives me a rash?)

I have also experienced that with other products like ZIX and a organic anti-dandruff nettle shampoo that also contained beta sitosterol

Has anyone else had this and if not do you think they are giving me skin irritation or would that only be around the scalp area?

I ask because i am slowly thinking about trying minoxidil again but i just remembered that was one of the symptoms i had and if i can find the reason behind it then maybe i can do something about it?

are you sure your itch is minoxidil related ? it happens when you use minoxidil and when you stop it the itchy desappear ?

if it's an allergy you can try a desensitization, for example if you plan to use 1ml per day, start the first day with 0,05ml , 2°day 0,10ml,
3° day 0,20, ecc.. to finally reach 1ml. after that, if it works, you cant skip 1 day because your allergy will come back.
