Hello, im 28 and currently balding on my crown area, for health reasons they wont prescribe me finasteride. I was thinking of dermarolling and applying Minoxidil to the area, is this a good regime for people who have tried?

Thanks

I've recently switched from a .5 mm derma stamp to a .25 mm derma roller. So far the only difference is that I feel more pain using the roller. And there is more stinging after I apply my minoxidil solution.

Ok just to update i managed to get finasteride, the health reasons were dubious at best, So im currently going to take 1mg of finasteride, apply minoxidil normally in the morning and dermaroller(2.00mm but very lightly) with minoxidil at night. Hoping for the best. I will try to get some pics up later. Oh and im also taking biotin and MSM daily. Should i make a new thread? I should probably also say that i didn't know i was losing hair until a friend mentioned it to me, i don't look at the back of my head very often, so i don't know if i have left it too late.
