this just raises the question......why minoxidil because i know of the accidental discovery of this hypertension drug causing excessive hairiness but i also know the same thing was reported with Diazoxide and Pinacidil

also diazoxide has a 20-40 hour half life as opposed to the mere 4 hours minoxidil has
