Have been on finasteride the past 9 months and am planning on adding minoxidil. My main concern is that the minoxidil may cause hairs that are not affected to be dependent on the minoxidil, in essence destroying what would be a healthy hair. Is this a legit concern?

Also, should spironolactone be applied before or after the minoxidil?

Thanks

Of course know one can tell you for sure, but the chances of healthy hairs becoming low life minoxidil addicts are slim to none. minoxidil lengthens the anagen phase and when you take it away the anagen phase returns back to normal legth. In other words everything will be as it was without minoxidil after a year or so without taking it.
