minoxidil Doesn't Work For You, Could It Be A Overall Loss (ie We Don't Get Back The Shed Hairs)?

I'm on Dutasteride at the moment.

4 years on finasteride previously. I don't think it's worked for me at all so I am jumping to dutasteride very late. Should have done so a couple of years ago I think.

Right now, I'm taking dutasteride and finasteride everyday while I transition to just dutasteride only. Dumb I know but I'm not sure how to transition properly.

My question is, is minoxidil worth adding? If we don't respond to it, would we get our shed hairs back if we go through a shed?

Minoxidil never worked for me, I dropped it after 6-8 months, never had a shed. IF its not working - you do not shed.

That post is misleading. I’ve been on oral minoxidil for about 2 months and 7 days.. I haven’t started shedding yet, but the sides of my hair are growing into my eyebrow area so I know it’s actively doing it’s thing.

to say that if you don’t shed, it doesn’t work is incorrect. I think it’s worth adding orally at a low dose per say rather than using topical. Topical ripped my scalp a new butt hole with all the alcohol and ppg

I agree bro.

Im about 7 weeks 2.5mg oral minoxidil and ive experienced no shedding yet. My dermatologist said not everyone will shed but even if you dont it doesnt mean its not working.

You noticed any inceased body hair?
