hey i started using minoxidil 2 months ago i am 24 and it grows hair under my eyes and surrounding my eyebrows i stopped using it , r these hairs permanents ?

Im the same age as you and have been using for the same amount of time - I also experience this. Its a normal side effect of minoxidil. No they arent permanent hairs, they will most likely stop growing if you stop minoxidil. I'd recommend continuing minoxidil and also using a dermaroller at 1.5mm once every week. You should see much better results. just shave those weird stray eyebrow hairs if you have to. its worth it.

If it's growing hair around the eyes and the eyebrows, then you can be sure it's thickening up and regrowing hair on the scalp for sure. Like @ZenHead said. it's totally worth it!

some goes systemic so it will have an effect on other parts of your body. I take 10mg oral minoxidil and haven't got any unwanted hair really, perhaps my nose hair has gotten a bit longer but other than that no problems. Stick with it.

So minoxidil might affect other parts of the body? Could this be due to it accidentally spreading onto other parts of the head? Sleeping on pillow, touching hair and then face, etc.
