hello everyone first post I`m using Minoxidil + nizoral + alpecin shampoo, is this a good treatment to use? My fontal hairline has receded alot and im ony 23 whilst i dont have a bold patch on my cown the entire crown/scalp is massively thin and could easily see my scalp.
i get tingling/itching effects on my scalp everyday pretty much, ive read that could be the dht killing my hair follicals but cannot afford propecia to stop it So does anyone know a good and proven dht killer or a cheap propecia alternative, cheers

See this thread about getting legit generic Finasteride (rather than Propecia, which is the bullshit branded stuff)

minoxidil & Nizoral are a good start, though you won't stop hairloss without the above.

Alpecin is bullshit I think. Use it if you feel it helps. :dunno:

Legitimate finasteride (propecia) can be bought for $9 for a four month supply so cost shouldn't be an issue.

If you're not in the US then there's other places where you can get generic finasteride very cheaply (in fact rawktash will probably be along in a minute to tell you where and what codes to use ;-)

I use Alpecin double effect, certainly thickens what's already there. The double effect is not twice as much caffeine, it's an anti dandruff agent called piroctone olamine.
