Has anyone on these boards had results with applying minoxidil to the eyebrows?
Also, from my understanding minoxidil works in revitalizing follicles that you already have that may no longer grow hair. So if this is correct, the hair growth that you can expect from minoxidil would be the type of hair growth you would have genetically grown out naturally for that area that it is used on?
The reasoning behind this questions is because I want to make sure that if I use minoxidil on my eyebrows...the hair that grows out as a result, grows out as natural looking as they did in the effected areas before I started losing my brows.
My plan is to use 2% minoxidil because of the fact that the absobtion rate in the eyebrow area is going to be much higher then the scalp (not to mention the skin is going to be much more sensitive) and then also to use it only once a day to control the absorbtion and possible side effects a bit. I plan to apply it to my brow area by dipping a q-tip into the solution and then carefully applying.
What are your guys thoughts?
