Minoxidil Response Test From Ab - Who Has Used It?

I came across the following product by Applied Biology. It is called Minoxidil Response Test, its says it is not available in the USA for sale:

Unfortunately i do not find a way to Order it. Anyone knows where i can get it resp. has used it already? I would be really interested to figure out if i am a responder.

I wrote them a Mail yesterday - no answer so far.
