Minoxidil shedding question?

I have been on minoxidil for about 8 months but the past week I have been shedding like a b**ch. Is this a good sign or should I worry? Good results in the past 8 months though.

Your hairs are pobably just cycling and shedding. Most likely just a shed. Take a look at the hair condition and see if they are healthy.

Yes they are healthy hairs and long ones also, I do keep my hair long but its thin at the crown area but I get decent coverage with my long hair. I am not losing my hair anywhere else except the crown.

Well Luther007, I saw that it had some muscles....JK
IMHO I think that the hairs had a very good texture and had a good look to it under the light. That is the only way I could tell. I dont even know if I am right but it sounds good though....LOL

My definition of a health hair is one that does not thin towards the root, and has a good "bulb" or root on it.
