Minoxidil - swollen glands on the back of neck

I tried some Kirlkand Minoxidil 5%, twice a day but found I got some lumps at the back of my head on the right side where the neck connects. I guess these are lymph nodes. Does this mean I can't use and kind of minoxidil or is there a solution to stop the lymph nodes reacting?

How swollen are they? The size of peas, or larger? Lymph nodes can swell from localized infections. Swollen lymph nodes at the rear of your neck can also indicate more serious problems, but they will usually be very large in this case (the size of a walnut usually)

I doubt your swollen lymph nodes are related to minoxidil in any way. I recommend waiting a week or so, if it hasn't gone away on it's own, see a doctor.
