Hey all, i am using liquid minoxidil (added 12 capsule dutasteride) for 8 month, first 4-5 month it was perfect but now it is not working. İ tried oral finasteride and oral avodart with minoxil but anti androgens always increase my hair loss and making problems on my body ( finas making dry eyes, dutasteride is making chest pain) what can i do anymore?

Take a step back and breathe, now once you have calmed down try adding liquid zinc to your scalp. VERY GOOD DHT BLOCKER

Start with a bit to your regaine and every week add the dose up slowly. that was it will gradually work better and you can find your correct range as everyones different. judge by how many hairs are in your hands when washing.

This is crazy. If you have hairs in your hands while washing you probably overdid it. Be gentle, don't scrub too hard but make sure the job gets done, find the middle ground you know? Better than logging on here freaking the f*** out lol. Just follow the booklet that comes with it (Minoxidil), and that's it.

I just let my hair dry on it's own. Takes a while but feels safer.

Lmao you do realise that it takes a lot of traction to actually pull out a healthy hair? Hairs that rub off on the hand during minoxidil application or showering or combing are hairs that have already fallen or so weak that they were going to fall tomorrow. All youre doing when rubbing your head and seeing hair on your hands is just collecting hairs that have fallen off

Yeah i'm just paranoid, should not be giving away tips, it's gotten into my head so much that i'm scared of showering lol.

It does not happen to me but i'm scared that it will. Anyway i stand corrected.

My daily routine is blowdrying on high heat while combing my hair during the entire process from wet to dry. It hasn't increased shedding

Yeah, just to style it and see if it makes a difference. I just wait like 35 minutes after showering. Just got a haircut, not buzz but shorter than ever. Mirror freaks me out lol.
