I am sure this is a dumb question but I am asking it anyways.

If 5% minoxidil 2 times a day works how come 15% once a day would not be enough?

Minoxidil has a relatively short life span in the body. It will be more or less flushed from your system by evening.

Not a stupid question... common misconception.
