Molecular Weight

If a liquid chemical has a molecular weight above 500, Dalton rule says it does not penetrate skin.

Is there a way for us to make it penetrate the skin ?
by mixing it with something else ?

Dermaroller...lipo/nanosome-type tech. Keep in mind you'd also be aiming for absorption via the follicle.

Should I be mixing it with liposome,... ? How do I know if it will be absorbed via the follicle ?
(it is important, I am doing an experiment and I will report in a month, but I really need to be doing it well...)

I'm not sure trying to make your own liposomal/nanosomeal topical is going to work. And w/out knowing what you plan on using..we can't ask around to see if someone can make such a topical either.
