Just wow. Sisters family coming in from Chicago next week

I Hate fricking posing for pics.

Times a million hatless.

Mom knows this but says we need an updated family pic

Need strategy to avoid without offending mom

I'm NOT doing it

Imagine 50 years from now relatives saying ....there's the loser who couldn't pass on his genes

No bro,

50 years from now you'll be able to tell them that you lived in a world where people went bald due to inferior medical technology, and that them grandkids should stop complaining because everything they have to go through is easy.

Dude,love this life.
You will never get such beautiful and lovable family .Cherish them.
This equation is one time offering.
In 2067,you will be cursing the decision to skip that pics.

Having a pic with loved ones will give you sweet memories later in life.
Tell mom that you are ready for pics.

I can treasure and love family members and simultaneously NOT be that pathetic weak genetic link freak of......... un-ending generational shame

How are you gonna reproduce if you're bald though?

I've lost all my faith in hair restoration technology. In 50 years I imagine that Histogen and Replicel will finally arrive on the market and we still won't have hair multiplication.

So.......the consensus here is that if a relative had chemo and slickbald, they
Should sack up and take a pic bald cuz mom asked them to?

To belabor the point, a ,15 year old kid is a norwood 5 and mom wants him to pose for the family Christmas pic, he should readily agree, just because mom loves to lifetime humiliate him for pleasure??

And if mom asked you to assrape a gerbil you would do it?
Those two situations are apples and oranges. She wants to create a forever lasting memory with her son...How hard is that to understand?

Dude respect your f*****g mother and take the picture. I don't get what's so hard, it's not like you'll be carrying a copy of it wherever you go. Take it, be done with it, never look at it again, everyone's happy.

I've learnt in situations were there is a happy snaper running around with a camera, it's best to just suck it up and grin through it because I rarely look at the result and just pray any photos of me get deleted from the happy snapper's camera or phone.
Now that works fine for casual photos...

But these f*****g family portraits are an entirely different thing!

Hung on walls for decades to be viewed by friends and strangers alike.
Future generations and possible partners of each of your sibling are free to view your genetic disposition displayed ominously amongst the smiling faces of fullhead brothers and sisters to your left and right.

I hate f*****g portraits!
