Month you shed the most.??

i was just wondering what month everyone sheds the most living in the north east when it starts getin cold mid September is when my hair sheds the most lasts till beginning of December. ive also read that november is the month when shedding is the highest for most people, im sure if you live in a place where temperature doesn't change that much all year round seasons would not matter as much as they do in nyc.
