Does propecia really make you develop moobs?

As if hair dealing with hair loss wasn't hard enough.

He got banned because he grew moobs. Sucks huh. The rules are that if you grew moobs you are only allowed to post in the Side Effects section of the forum. He didn't comply, therefore was banished.

Omg, I have a new favorite word, MOOBS. But the moo part makes it sound like milk should come out, gyno doesn't cause lactation does it? :x
