Reading these I arrive at some hypothesis:
Antiandrogens paralyze hair loss alone. Antiandrogens + estrogens total hair regrowth, for example in trans boys. Obviously no one of us wants to be trans. Therefore we must find something that has the effect of estrogens on the hair but without feminizing us.
On the other hand menopausal women, have miniaturization and hair loss and osteopenia (loss of bone mass) due to lack of estrogen.
So perhaps, everything that enhances osteogenesis will increase the wnt path, as do estrogens, but without feminizing effects.
