Most effective finasteride medicine

I want to start using the cheapest and most effective of them all. Is it Propecia or Proscar or something third?

Proscar is cheaper than Propecia. They are the same drug, but Proscar is 5 mg finasteride per pill and Propecia is only 1 mg.
