Mothernature's Story - (Am I thining on my crown??)

Ok so my frontal temples have had considerable receeding, id say i was a Norwood 2.5-NW3 at the front, im 24 taking finasteride for almost 3 months now. What i want to know is do u think my crown is thining out and am i losing hair here too?? Please be honest. :sobbing: :sobbing:

The first pic is with FLASH. The 2nd pic is in SUNLIGHT + natural room light. The rest are normal room lighting. Sorry about the fuzziness, took them with my phone

Impossible to tell for sure. The first pic might just be the swirl/crown/part that most people have.

The rest of the pictures are too dark so we can't tell anything.

hmm thanks for the reply.. i am a Norwood 2.5/3 on the hair line so i thought the next natural progression of male pattern baldness according to norwood scale is crown thinning/balding? So thats what im paranoid about now.. that my crown is thinning but i will have to take better pics somehow.. but u can get a general idea with these pics..

It's possible that if you're thinning back to Norwood 2.5/3 on the hairline then your crown might be starting to go, but not definite.

I don't think you are thinning.

Just keep an eye out for it but to be honest with you a lot of people have come on here asking if they are thinning with a lot worse crown balding.

hard to tell from the pictures. if you are thinning, you've only lost like 1% of your density. finasteride will sort that out. not nearly thin enough that anyone would ever look at you and even consider that you might have thinned out a bit

thanks im on finasteride (3month now) i only wish it would stop my temples thinning out too...
