MSM.....advice?

Madon! I took my first 1000mg capsule of MSM today after lunch at Subway and what ageda (acid indigestion) it gave me. Anyone else have this experience and any ideas what may help?

OK, forget it, It was probably the Subway, silly me! Took today with no effects, staying away from Subway tho :-x

Recall that MSM is sulfur based and can cause an upset stomach if taken on an empty stomach. So make sure to take during or after your meal.

Glad to hear that your indigestion was a one-time thing. MSM is great.

what sandwich did you have? i quite like the meatball marinara - its
on offer at the moment. the 6 inch for 1.99 - pretty good.

holy crap 1.99? Im going back today! Screw the ageda. Yesterday I had the Turkey, but loaded every possible veggie they had onto it and spicy mustard and oil and vinegar
