MSM and Biotin

Its been 2 months since I had my hair transplant and I was wondering taking MSM and Biotin tablets would help my hair/grafts grow better.

Any thoughts on taking these tablets??? :innocent:

thanks dudemon, I had a strip done back in Feb, therefore I didnt get my head shaved off. So I guess from your reply I should start taking these tablets.
