MSM helps hair grow faster
Biotin- grows hair stronger and thicker supposedly and could help stop hair from falling out.

Available at your health food store.

both speed up the rate at wish your hair grows. biotin also produces a healthier hair shaft which will break less at longer lengths.

neither of them help to stop hair follicles from dying however.
