msm effects?

I been taking 2g of msm in the morning and 2g at night for a week now... I have had some morning symptoms... My kidneys kind of hurt when i wake up . Has anyone experienced this?

4g a day? thats a friggen lot, i wasnt even taking 1 gram a day, could be overloading your kidneys thru detox, although i read that its not supposed to overload your system, or gets detoxed easily into the blood or something rather, but cut down to 1g and see what happens.
