MSM side effects

Hi Gents,
Currently i'm on Rogaine foam and Propecia, i decided to add MSM after hearing all your advices in this forum. Could you please answer my following questions. Thanks in advance.

1. Is there is any MSM side effects?
2. If i quit MSM in middle, do i lose all my regrown hair like propecia or rogaine?
3. Dosage and popular brand for MSM? (30/M/190lbs/6'2'')
4. Time period to see noticeable difference?

the only negative side effect I'm aware of is the potential for gASTRO-INTESTINAL DISTRESS. mAKE SURE TO TAKE W/ A MEAL (caps oops) .

MSM won't regrow your hair - but it'll grow what you already have faster.

A lotta guys (like me) go for 3000 mg daily. Vitacost.com sells msm in 1500 mg caps - take 2 daily w/ food.

2 - 3 months.

Also, the same goes for biotin and vitamin D too. There's a slight possiblity that vitamin D supplementation might even grow new hair too. I recommend 2000-3000mcg daily. And it's really cheap too.

I saw some today in a health shop but decided to check your responses before buying, they were 1500mg tablets too, £6.99 for 60.
