MSM

I've heard a lot about how MSM increases the rate of hair growth. I've been on MSM for about three months. I buzz my hair and have noticed that the clipper has been taking off a lot less hair than normal. I thought that was strange because MSM is supposed to make your hair grow faster. So I decided to stop taking MSM for two weeks and see what happens. I buzzed my hair yesterday and the clippers took off a lot more hair. It's basically back to normal. So MSM actually made my hair grow slower.

I take 3000 mg a day for 2 and half months without vitamin C...I dont understand why you need to take it with Vit c?

what I noticed is my Nails grow faster, and I notice my hair did grow faster a bit after I shaved it, my skin is softer as well.

Maybe i should take this.... my hair grows SUPER fast. Its kinda annoying having to get a hair cut just after 2 weeks.

Same here. Hair grows incredibly fast. I take 2000mg of MSM with 1000mg of Vitamin C everyday.
