Well I am finally going to do something about my hair loss. I starting noticing my hair loss about 3 years ago when I was 28 and I am wishing I would have done something about it then. But I guess better now then before I am totally bald! I am a diffuse thinner with my crown getting particularly thin. My front hairline is fine with no recession that I have noticed but the last year and a half I have really started to thin. I can now see my scalp under light on my whole head. I will take pictures tomorrow. I have been using Toppik for a while when I go out but I now realize that it would only help cover it up for so long...
I have been under quite a bit of stress over the last couple of years, mostly because I started my own business. I do not know if that has anything to do with it, but I do recall reading that stress can speed up you male pattern baldness. Is this true?
I have read these forums for a couple of months and have decided to go with the big three. I just received my propecia, and I just ordered 5% Minoxidal and Nizoral AD. So I am hoping I am on the right track.
Should I start these all at once or should I start Propecia with the Nizoral AD first?
I am a little nervous and I wish I would have not read the threads on the side effects!! But it is worth a shot and it sounds like the side effects would not be permanent.
If any has any more advise or suggestions feel free to chime in.
