My Blood tests on finasteride

Hi All, I just recently got my blood test, & here are the results.. I'm still on Finastride. Your input would be greatly appreciated. How do I change my Estradiol to the other unit of measure ? Could someone please translate. The bold is my results the column beside is the range. Thanks

Estradiol. 159 <220 pmol/L

Testosterone 15 10.0-30.0 nmol/L

Free Test calculated 389 200-800 pmol/

Bioavailble Test 9.2 5-20 nmol/L

SHBG 32 10-70 nmol/L

pmol is 10 to the -12th power
nmol is 10 to the -9th power

So to get nmol, move the decimal to the left 3 places.

Estradoil = 0.159nmol/L
Free Test = 0.389nmol/L

I'm assuming you're wanting your levels normal for a young man. And aren't trying to lessen conversion of test into DHT by increasing your SHBG levels?

If so, your Estradiol (E2) levels are high and your test & free test levels are low.

You want E2 in the range of 40 pmol/L - 110 pmol/L. Optimally hovering around 75 pmol/L.

If you're a young guy, your test and free test levels should be at or in the top 1/3 of the range.

Did you get your prolactin levels checked too?

What did your doctor say about your hormone levels?

Since we talked about Adex and Aromasin, that will lower your E2 levels, which will increase your test levels.

Do you have any sides from low T and high E? Gyno, low libido, ED, difficulty gaining muscle etc?

On my next blood test I will get everything checked, Including prolactin. But I have had mild gyno as a teenager, my libido really fluctuates sometimes high & low. Its not steady at all. Sometimes I can go a week to 10 days easily without sex & other times will have sex 2 or 3 times a day for days. It's really weird. I have a bit of fat around my chest & stomach which I can't get rid of diet, exercise, its harder now on finasteride then it was before I'm only 26. I have started Aromasin capsules. I could not get tablets, I take 1 cap every 3 days at 20mg. What do you guys Think ?
