I don't use any medications/treatments at the moment, only Ketoconazole Shampoo 2%.

I would say slight thinning but not balding. Keep in mind with bright lighting it exaggerates the scalp making it look worse. Whats your family history of baldness?
I already know that I have a bald gene if that's what you mean, despite my NW0 dad and his NW0 dad, my maternal grandfather was NW7, unlucky LOL.
I'm just curious if my crown is already balding in your opinion and I need to reconsider the idea of using medications or at least something?

Right now not balding but keep in eye on that area to see if it gets worse. Check with your dermatalogist. Sometimes it could be just slight thinning but not balding. My dad and his dad too have slightly thinning hair on crown but are not bald and have full heads of hair. You can grow your hair longer and slick it back to cover that area if that helps but I would recommend stay away from any hair regrowth medications. Biotin intake can help.

After some hard thinking whether this is just an ordinary cowlick or a bald spot. I come to the conclusion that this is the beginning of a baldspot. I'm sorry. In your regimen you state you already had a hairtransplant. Was it on the crown?
It was on the hairline. I'm originally NW3, kind of NW1 after a hairtransplant.
But now as you said it looks like my crown's slowly going bald. I guess I agree with you and this is the beginning of a baldspot.
It sucks because I'm one of those who get side effects from finasteride and can't take it.

Oh ok that's not too bad actually, I'm 35 and started seeing the first signs of thinning and receading hair line at around 30 and i still have a good head of hair but i think the diffused thinning might have gotten worse which is why I'm currently growing it out for the first time in 4 years to see what it's looking like .

I'm originally Norwood 3, I already restored my hairline with hair transplant to Norwood ~1. I just didn't expect my crown to start balding any time soon. But the process is definitely started as you guys can see too.

Can you show your results from your transplant with your hairline as you style it and then pushed back? Your crown is at the infant stage of male pattern baldness.

Honestly saying It's too early to share, I did it almost 5 months ago, but cosmetic effect is already not bad, much better than I looked before. I can send you a selfie in PM.
