I wouldn’t touch a research chemical which has been never researched properly. Just add zix.

EPA (omega-3 fatty acid) also inhibits PGD2 like n-acetyl-cysteine does. This indicates that some significant factor in the proliferation of baldness is diet related, as in the food supply chain on a mass scale. Most people do not eat pastured animal products and so carry a high omega-6 : omega-3 ratio. A better ratio would involve a reduction of PGD2 in the hair follicle, and overall less of the 'chronic low-grade inflammation' we hear about. Even reducing carbs without necessarily going to only grassfed land animals makes a big difference, all the more noticeable if you have any iffy joints that tend to flare up at times in the gym. Non-meat-eaters tend to eat a lot of soy which adds estrogen, a stress hormone, to the body, and soybean oil is in every saucy or fried food product at the grocery store.

I see you have a good amount of acne. I have always gotten a few zits whenever I mess with hormones acutely by some means (maybe ashwagandha or something). In case you haven't looked too much into this, you could consider oil cleansing. Done right that has a potential to work like Accutane.

Overall it's not that hard to re-grow a diffuse crown. And your after pic showing the cowlick area has the hair combed back instead of forward.
