Hi guys this has been my problem since I was 14, my left side of my head has thin hairs while on the right is opposite and now I begin to see small tiny thin hairs falling out. I got to finasteride and nizoral with a multivitamins and it stopped but now I stopped taking those three and it got back to the problem again.
I do not sleep for 1 day once a week or sometimes just sleep for 4 hours
what do you think of my hair loss is this lifetime or I just need to be fit and healthy?
Is this any part of male pattern baldness?
it's not that noticeable only when bright light is directed to my left scalp, my barber noticed it
