I am 20 and have been on the big 3 for 2 years more or less now.

I am looking into getting a concealer very soon. From looking at my hair so far, what guys wound you advice to be the best one. I am a student in a city, which has a lot of rain so I need something that is not going to look dodgy in rain or when I sweat from working out.

Most importantly…. Do they damage hair because having extra weight put onto the hair by the fibres could cause stress on the follicles….. or am I just chatting s#*t? lol

I was thinking of going for nanogen, they claim that the hair will look normal in rain, sweat, direct sun light and also not come off easily.

What you guys think about nanogen?

Cheers! :-D

I was thinking about Couvre ( not expansive ) but does it thick the hair or does it just dark the scalp ? Because with the type of diffuse thinning we get, the most apparent i believe is the scalp showing through but also some miniaturization. Does Couvre can hide miniaturized hair ? thx for the replies

I have tried Couvre, Dermatch, Toppik, Hair so Real (I dont have experience from using concealers in sprays though.)
I saw your photos and my opinion is that you should buy two different products. The first product will be Dermatch. You will use it carefully to shadow (not paint) your hairline and the front of your head. I use it with dry hair and without water. A disk of dermatch can last up to 6 months so its not expensive. The second product will be one between Toppik, Hair so Real, Nanogen etc, All these products are similar and use hair fibers to make your hair look fuller and hide your scalp too. You need them too, cause Dermatch will hide your thinning areas but it will not give you volume. I have less thinning problem than you and I use both Dermatch and Hair-so-Real. I prefer Hair so Real cause its the cheapest and it lasts about 3 months. I use it every day together with Dermatch. On the other hand, Toppik is expensive, lasts 1 month with daily use and its fibers do not bond naturally with the hair, they are too thick.
Finally, I found couvre to be an awful product, a smelly paste that produces a mess in your head, does not hide your thinning areas and does not thickens your hair. Waste of money. I used it once and put in the garbage. Dermatch and a fibres-based product (Nanogen, Toppik, Hair so Real, etc etc) will help you so much that you can not even imagine..
