My Hairline Has Been Like This Since Childhood.

I am a teenager, but have an really bad hairline, and it makes me incredibly self-conscious, to the point of not wanting to go outside most days. According to my dad, I got hold of a pair of scissors as a child, and cut a bit of my hairline and, apparently, it hasn't grown back since. Will this ever grow back? What can I do to help it grow back?

It looks like you still have a juvenile almost female looking hairline. If I where you I would just leave it alone and see if it matures into a masculine hairline

or you can ask your barber to cut the hairs below the red line or you can do it yourself
